The R. D. Bailey Dam is on the Guyandotte River near the town of Justice, WV, was completed in 1985 by the US Army Corps of
Engineers Huntington for the purposes of flood control, recreation and natural resource management.

Three Guys Hydroelectric Company LLC, a subsidiary of AHS has received a Preliminary Permit to explore the development of this site
for electrical generation.

The company has filed its Notice of Intent and the Pre-Application Document that initiates the federal licensing process and the FERC
has approved the use of the Traditional Licensing Process.

The company conducted a Joint Agency and Public Meeting on the Project. The Proposed Study Plan was published on April 22nd,
2010 and some studies have commenced.
