The R. D. Bailey Dam is on the Guyandot River near the town of Justice, WV, was
completed in 1985 by the US Army Corps of Engineers Huntington for the purposes
of flood control, recreation and natural resource management.
Three Guys Hydroelectric Company LLC, a subsidiary of AHS has received a
Preliminary Permit to explore the development of this site for electrical generation.
Currently the company is in process preparing the Notice of Intent and the
Pre-Application Document that initiates the FERC licensing process.
