Kenneth W. Brown has 24 years experience in the hydroelectric
industry with major international and domestic turbine manufacturers and
independent power producers.  His responsibilities have included
business development, project management and development, and
mechanical and civil engineering design.  Mr. Brown is the founder
and President of American Energy International, in Springfield, Ohio, from
1995 through the present.  He was Engineering Manager and Chief
Engineer at Universal Electric Power from 1998 to 2003.  From 1990
through 1995, Mr. Brown was National Sales and Marketing Manager of
STS Hydro Power, Ltd., a supplier of hydroturbine manufacturing and
rehabilitation services based in Northbrook, IL.  Previously,  he served as
a Project Manager and Sales Engineer with James Leffel Company   in
Springfield, Ohio, and Kvaerner Hydro Power of Norway.

Ion Corbu, the principal of the Corbu Consulting Inc., is a Professional
Engineer with extensive experience in Project Management and Power
Utility Business. Ion has worked for over 30 years for the two largest
Power Utility Companies in Canada. He received a M. A. Sc. degree from
l'École Polytechnique de Montréal, and the Project Management
Professional PMP® certificate from the Project Management Institute
PMI™. Ion is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of
Ontario.

Gene Mayernick
Since 1975, Gene Mayernick has been involved with engineered capital
equipment and systems for the Process Industries.  These customers
include mining, utility, pulp and paper along with chemical and refining
companies.  Projects have included steam and electric power
generation, air pollution control, as well as electrical instrumentation.  
These customers normally require a great deal of time to review their
options and evaluate numerous schemes to achieve the best return on
their investment dollar.

With many years of experience, Mr. Mayernick understands the impact of
the financial as well as the technical constraints on any project.  He is
comfortable with financial, maintenance, operating as well as
engineering members of your project team and appreciates the need to
blend a project scope to achieve the common goal.
